מדיניות פרטיות – דיווח שיעור מהיר למשו״ב (לא רשמי)
התוסף שומר את המידע רק בדפדפן שלך, ושולח אותו רק למשו״ב – כשאת/ה לוחץ/ת "שמירה". אין שרתים אחרים, אין אנליטיקס, אין פרסומות, ושום מידע לא נמכר או מועבר לאיש.
מה התוסף עושה
"דיווח שיעור מהיר" הוא תוסף דפדפן לא רשמי למורים שמשתמשים במשו״ב מורים (web.mashov.info/teachers). הוא מציג מסך מהיר לדיווח נוכחות, אירועי התנהגות, הצדקות והערות בשיעור, ושומר אותם במשו״ב בשמך. אין לו קשר לחברת משו״ב.
איזה מידע התוסף מעבד
- נתוני השיעור שמשו״ב כבר מציג לך: שמות התלמידים, כיתה, מזהים פנימיים של משו״ב, אירועים, הצדקות והערות, ופרטי השיעור (נושא, שיעורי בית, אופן הלמידה).
- פרטי המשתמש מתוך משו״ב: סמל בית הספר, המזהה הפנימי שלך ושנת הלימודים – כדי להפריד בין מורים ושנים באותו מחשב.
- ההגדרות שלך (גודל כרטיסים, סדר האירועים, הערות מוכנות וכו'). הן אינן כוללות מידע על תלמידים.
התוסף לעולם לא קורא את הסיסמה שלך או את טופס ההתחברות, ואינו עוקף CAPTCHA או הזדהות.
איפה המידע נשמר וכמה זמן
- טיוטות (סימונים שעוד לא נשלחו) – באחסון הפרטי של התוסף בדפדפן הזה בלבד, עד שהן נשלחות למשו״ב או נמחקות.
- יומן דיווחים שנשלחו – 1 עד 30 ימים (ברירת מחדל 7, בהגדרות), ואז נמחק אוטומטית.
- הכנת שיעורים בלי רשת – עותק של רשימת התלמידים (שמות וכיתה, בלי תמונות) לכל קבוצה שנפתחה, עד 14 ימים, ואז נמחק אוטומטית – גם של מורים אחרים שהשתמשו באותו מחשב. אפשר לכבות זאת בהגדרות.
- תמונות תלמידים נטענות ישירות ממשו״ב, כמו באתר עצמו, ואינן נשמרות.
- "מחיקת כל המידע המקומי" בהגדרות מוחקת את כל המידע של התוסף מהמחשב.
לאן המידע נשלח
רק ל־web.mashov.info, השרת של משו״ב, וכחלק מהשימוש הרגיל שלך בו: קריאת נתוני השיעור ושמירת הדיווח כשאת/ה לוחץ/ת "שמירה" (או, אם בחרת בכך בהגדרות, שליחה אוטומטית של דיווח שכבר לחצת עליו "שמירה"). אין לתוסף שרת משלו, והוא לא שולח מידע לשום כתובת אחרת.

מידע של תלמידים
המידע שייך לבית הספר ולמשו״ב. התוסף הוא כלי עבודה למורה שכבר מורשה לראות ולדווח את הנתונים האלה במשו״ב, ואינו מוסיף גישה למידע. מומלץ להשתמש בו בהתאם למדיניות בית הספר, ובמחשב משותף – לכבות את ההכנה בלי רשת או למחוק את המידע המקומי בסוף השימוש.

Privacy policy – Quick Lesson Report for Mashov (unofficial)
The extension keeps data only in your browser and sends it only to Mashov, when you press Save. No other servers, no analytics, no ads, and nothing is sold or shared with anyone.
What the extension does
"Quick Lesson Report" is an unofficial browser extension for teachers who use Mashov for teachers (web.mashov.info/teachers). It shows one fast screen for reporting attendance, behaviour events, justifications and remarks for a lesson, and saves them to Mashov on your behalf. It is not affiliated with Mashov.
What data it handles
- Lesson data Mashov already shows you: student names, class, Mashov's internal ids, events, justifications and remarks, and the lesson details (topic, homework, delivery mode).
- Your Mashov user details: school code, your internal user id and the school year, to keep different teachers and years apart on one computer.
- Your settings (card size, event order, remark templates and so on). They contain no student data.
The extension never reads your password or the login form, and never works around CAPTCHA or sign-in.
Where data is kept, and for how long
- Drafts (marks not yet sent) – in the extension's private storage in this browser only, until they are sent to Mashov or deleted.
- Log of sent reports – 1 to 30 days (default 7, in settings), then deleted automatically.
- Offline preparation – a copy of each opened group's class list (names and class, no photos) for up to 14 days, then deleted automatically, including other teachers' copies on a shared computer. It can be switched off in settings.
- Student photos load straight from Mashov, as on the site itself, and are not stored.
- Delete all local data in settings removes everything the extension keeps on the computer.
Where data is sent
Only to web.mashov.info, Mashov's own server, as part of your normal use of it: reading the lesson data, and saving the report when you press Save (or, if you chose it in settings, sending automatically a report you already pressed Save on). The extension has no server of its own and sends nothing anywhere else.
Permissions

Student data
The data belongs to the school and to Mashov. The extension is a tool for a teacher who is already allowed to see and report this data in Mashov; it gives no additional access. Use it in line with your school's policy, and on a shared computer switch off offline preparation or delete the local data when you are done.
Changes
Changes to this policy will be published on this page with a new effective date.
